Fermentation and Aging:
Spontaneous fermentation of 5/6 days in open tanks, without contact with the skins (direct press) or temperature control. Not filtered. Aging for 6 months in steel tanks.
A wine with a strong character. Aromas of lemon, orange and pear, with floral notes. In the mouth the typical Bombino acidity stands out, it is savory and strong, with echoes of citrus and pineapple.
