Grapes: 50% Bombino - 50% Fiano (both from young vineyards)
Fermentation and aging:
Spontaneous fermentation of 5/6 days in steel, without contact with the skins (direct press) or temperature control. Not filtered. Aging for 6 months in steel tanks.
Pale gold wine. Aromas of lemon, candied ginger, walnuts and pineapple. Notes of coconut. Intense sapid minerality. Aerodynamic acidity.
