Fermentation and aging:
Spontaneous co-fermentation of the grapes in open steel tanks, with 3 days of contact with the skins. Manual breaking of the cap. Not filtered. No temperature control. Aging for 6 months in steel tanks.
Aleatico and Nero di Troia come together in an energetic wine, which presents aromas of wild flowers and red fruits. On the palate, the salinity and freshness of the red fruits are balanced in an intriguing way.
